Cooling Tower Resources operates the largest wood processing plant in the cooling tower industry. A 25,000 square foot remanufacturing and fabrication plant sits on 7 acres in Northern California. CTR can mill lumber to both metric and standard ALS sizes. Multi-function boring machines integrated with state of the art trimming systems allow CTR to produce over 800,000 BM of material per month. Close proximity to Oakland container loading docks makes in convenient for our customers in and around the Pacific Rim. CTR maintains an inventory of grid decks, fill hanger supports, and lath for most cooling towers in operation today. Our fabrication shop also makes pipe saddle supports, hot water basins, and louver arms and supports. CTR also serves the Wastewater Treatment industry in manufacturing Redwood Bio-filtration Media, Redwood Flocculators, and Redwood Sewage Treatment scraper paddles. We understand the grades and the risks of the cooling tower business. We also understand the necessity of having the right material on site, on time. Because we do not design or engineer the tower we are not competitors. We supply materials and services to manufacturers and after market repair companies.
